Co-organized by WTC Binh Duong New City, KOCCA Vietnam (Korea Creative Content Agency), and the Vietnam Creative & IP Licensing Alliance (VCIPLA), the event united international IP holders, creative studios, and Vietnam's premier manufacturing ecosystem. The Vietnam - Korea Character & Licensing Fair (VKCLF) has been held for three consecutive years at WTC EXPO. In 2025, alongside VKCLF, the inaugural Vietnam Licensing Expo (VLE 2025) convened over 150 exhibitors, manufacturing leaders, creative studios, retail giants, and international trade buyers.

The opening ceremony welcomed dignitaries from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, provincial leadership, WTC executive leadership, VCIPLA representatives, and international commerce chambers.

Strategic exhibitors included notable industry leaders such as Headfully, Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ), Medialink Group Limited, GO GO Entertainment, Saigon Brick, Dong Nam Promotion, alongside more than 100 enterprise partners across the WTC and VCIPLA networks.
