Color fidelity & lab dips

Custom Pantone Dyeing & Fabric Swatch Matching

Exact color fidelity is essential for licensed character IPs and corporate brand guides. We formulate custom dye lots to your exact Pantone TCX, TPX, or PMS codes, verified with digital spectrophotometers under standard D65 and TL84 lightboxes before bulk rolls are approved.

Physical Swatch Books & Color Lab Sign-off

Don't gamble on screen colors. Before cutting a single panel, Takara ships physical fabric swatch rings and lab-dip strike-offs directly to your office for tactile and visual approval under your target retail lighting.

Pantone TCX / TPX / C Delta-E < 0.8 Tolerance OEKO-TEX Standard 100
PANTONE1655 C • Orange
PANTONE2175 C • Plush Blue
PANTONE7408 C • Warm Amber

Physical Swatch Rings

Embroidery Thread Library

Over 500 Madeira and Gunold polyester embroidery threads calibrated to Pantone for pinpoint facial detailing.

Roll-to-Roll Consistency

Spectrophotometer testing on every fabric roll ensures color consistency across production batches within tight Delta E tolerances.

How it's built

From Pattern to Finished Unit

Four stages, run the same way on a 500-unit pilot as on a 50,000-unit reorder.

Pattern & Cut

Patterns are graded off the approved sample, then cut in stacked layers so every panel matches across the run.

Sew & Assemble

Panels are sewn and seams reinforced at stress points before filling goes in.

Fill & Close

Filling is weighed to a specified density per unit, not eyeballed, then the closing seam is stitched shut.

Trim & Inspect

Embroidery, screen printing, and safety-eye pull-tension checks happen before a unit clears the line.

What's included

Anything Sewn, Stitched, or Filled

Anything sewn, stitched, or filled: it bends, it's washable, and thread holds it together. Patterns are graded and cut, panels are sewn on the same lines whether the run is 500 units or 50,000, and filling goes in to a specified density so a plush holds its shape after years of hugging, not just the first unboxing. Safety eyes and noses are shank-locked through the fabric, not glued, so they pass pull-tension testing before a unit ever ships.
